New Age Cell PRIME Club Loyalty Rewards Program — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the New Age Cell Rewards Program (the “Program”). By enrolling or using the Program, you (“you,” “Member”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Program Rules”).
1. Membership & Eligibility
- Membership is free. Any individual who is at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction) and provides valid, accurate personal information can join.
- Each person may have only one Rewards Program account; shared or joint accounts are not permitted.
- Benefits from the Program are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By opening a Rewards account, you confirm that:
- you have read and accept these Program Rules;
- you have read and accept the general Terms of Use of New Age Cell;
- you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Earning & Redeeming Points / Benefits
- You earn points and/or rewards by making purchases, and — where applicable — by other eligible actions (e.g., referring friends, community engagement, promotions) as defined by New Age Cell.
- Points and rewards are credited to your account only after the qualifying action or purchase is completed and verified.
- All points, rewards, and benefits are the sole property of New Age Cell. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Unredeemed points or rewards cannot be transferred or combined with non-member accounts.
4. Modification, Suspension, or Termination of the Program
- New Age Cell reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program (or any part of it) at any time, with or without prior notice.
- If the Program is terminated, all unredeemed points and benefits are forfeited.
- We may also change how points are earned or redeemed, or adjust other aspects of the Program, at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of those changes.
5. Cancellation of Membership
- You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting customer support. Once cancelled, all unredeemed points and benefits are immediately forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
- New Age Cell may suspend or cancel a member’s account, without notice, if we believe the member has engaged in fraudulent activity, violated these Program Rules or our Terms of Use, or acted unlawfully.
6. No Warranty; Limits of Liability
- New Age Cell makes no warranties or representations about the Program, its benefits, or the fitness of any rewards or products redeemed using the Program.
- In no event will New Age Cell (or its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Program.
7. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed on points, rewards, or benefits received or redeemed under the Program. New Age Cell is not responsible for any such taxes, reporting or disclosures.
8. Privacy & Data Use
By participating in the Program, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may use your data to manage your account, process transactions, send communications, and improve our services.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Program Rules represent the entire agreement regarding the Rewards Program. New Age Cell may update them at any time; changes will take effect when posted. Your continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
