We process orders within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays, during weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the following business day.

At this time, we only ships to addresses within Canada. Orders are shipped via Canada Post and typically arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and orders over $85 CAD (before tax) benefit from free standard shipping.

Please note that New Age Cell is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Canada Post or other external factors such as extreme weather conditions or customs clearance issues.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee and will accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product must have been purchased directly from www.newagecell.com.
  
• Our 30-day money back guarantee only applies to your first order with us.
  
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
  
• Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

A Return Merchandise Number (RMN) must be requested by emailing us at info@newagecell.com before shipping the product back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

• We do not offer returns or refunds on opened products or items purchased on final sale or at a discount.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

International credit card holders will be charged in their local currency at the exchange rate set by their bank or card provider.
