TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to the website of New Age Cell Inc. (“New Age Cell”), a Canadian Company incorporated under the Business Corporations Act. Please note that your use of our website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.
ORDERS, EXCHANGE RATES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently offer domestic shipping within Canada via Canada Post. Free Shipping is available on all orders over $75 (before tax). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information sent to the address you provided at checkout.
Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Canada Post or customs processing.
Flat-rate fee: For orders under CAD $75, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
All prices on this website are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Purchases made on www.newagecell.com are securely sent to our offices where they are reviewed. Once the order is verified and paid in full, it will be processed and delivered. If you're using an international credit card, your bank or credit card provider will determine the exchange rate. New Age Cell is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or foreign transaction charges.
All advertised prices exclude sales tax. GST/HST/QST are applicable at the following rates, based delivery address. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event that New Age Cell erroneously lists a product at an incorrect price, New Age Cell reserves the right to refuse or cancel all orders of the product listed at the incorrect price. New Age Cell reserves the right to refuse or cancel such orders even if the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card account. In the event that the order has already been charged to your credit card and your order is canceled, New Age Cell is committed to reimbursing your credit card for the full value of the incorrect price.

These general terms and conditions, or any part thereof, can be terminated by New Age Cell without notice at any time, for any reason. WEBSITE USE
Harassment in any manner or form on the website via email or blog, or using obscenities or abuse is strictly prohibited. You may not upload, distribute, or publish through the site any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or objectionable which may constitute or encourage an offense, violate rights in any way that can cause liability or violate any which law. You cannot upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or of any other organization.
SECURITY
New Age Cell works to protect your personal information during transactions using a secure system. New Age Cell employees do not have access to your credit card information because they are encrypted the moment a transaction is completed. Only the company managing transactions with which New Age Cell is doing business receives this encrypted information. Other personal information collected by New Age Cell is used to ship your order, to contact you in case of need, or to let you know about all the opportunities and proposed activities New Age Cell has to offer. You may, at any time, ask that your information is removed from our database.
SHIPPING
A delivery fee of $9.99 will be added for any order under $75 after discounts and promotion codes and before sales taxes. New Age Cell relinquishes all property rights to the buyer when the products are handed to the shipping company. The delivery of the products is subject to the rules of the shipping company as well as the rules concerning the signing of a received receipt for the products. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you will be responsible to track and recuperate the products according to the rules and procedures of the shipping company. If an order item is incorrect or missing, you must immediately contact New Age Cell. To contact us, write to info@newagecell.com. New Age Cell will not be held responsible for any items that have not been returned within a maximum of 30 days after the order has been delivered.
DENIAL OF PARTICIPATION
New Age Cell does not and cannot review all communications and material posted or created by users who access the website and is in no way responsible for the content of these communications and the material. You acknowledge that by allowing yourself to view and distribute user-written content on this site, New Age Cell simply acts as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability for any content or activity on this site. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
At New Age Cell our best efforts are put toward maintaining an updated inventory. Should an item be out of stock, you will be notified promptly and be issued a refund for the missing item.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping at New Age Cell. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Products purchased directly from our website may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that are unopened and in their original condition can be returned for a refund. Any discounted items purchased during a promotion are final sale and cannot be returned. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
· The item was purchased from our website.
· The product remains sealed and in its original packaging.
· You can provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
· You have requested and obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from our support team. Your RMN can be obtained by contacting info@newagecell.com.
If these conditions are not met, the product will not be eligible for return.
PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTIONS
New Age Cell offers subscription plans for its products on the basis of a 30-day delivery interval. You can find specific details regarding your plan by accessing your Account details.
When you register for a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that New Age Cell, or our third party payment processor, is automatically authorized to charge you on a scheduled basis for your subscription, in addition to any applicable taxes and other charges, for as long as your subscription continues, and your subscription is continuous until you cancel it or we suspend or stop providing access to the sites or products in accordance with these terms. You acknowledge and agree that New Age Cell will not obtain any additional authorization from you for such automatic, recurring payments. You may skip your subscription order as often as you’d like by managing your delivery schedule on your delivery schedule page.
New Age Cell reserves the right to change its prices at any time during the subscription period. In this case, New Age Cell will notify the customer if the price change by email prior to billing.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY
Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel. You may cancel in your account settings on https://newagecell.com/login or by emailing us at info@newagecell.com and following the instructions you receive. You may cancel at any time, but if you cancel after the daily cutoff (12am ET on the day prior to your upcoming renewal), you will still receive, and be charged for, the next shipment. You will be responsible for all charges (including any applicable taxes and other charges) incurred prior to the cancellation of your subscription. In this case, you will not be refunded.
In the event you cancel your subscription to New Age Cell products, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about New Age Cell, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the instructions to unsubscribe provided in each of such communication.

2. Return Policy
If you're not satisfied, unopened items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the selected product(s), including applicable taxes. You can pause or modify your delivery schedule via your account dashboard.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to update pricing. You will be notified in advance via email prior to your next billing cycle.
Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time by:

· Orders under $75 CAD (before tax): Flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 CAD
Please note that New Age Cell Inc. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by Canada Post or other external factors such as extreme weather conditions or customs clearance issues.
Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. 2. Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
· The product must have been purchased directly from www.newagecell.com.
· The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
· Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).
· A Return Merchandise Number (RMN) must be requested by emailing us at info@newagecell.com before shipping the product back.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

· We do not offer returns or refunds on opened products or items purchased on final sale or at a discount.
